In my previous role as a freelance web developer, I was responsible for creating secure, functional websites and troubleshooting technical issues. This experience taught me to stay calm under pressure and effectively solve problems—skills that are crucial in a technical support environment. As a Teaching Assistant, I developed strong communication skills by breaking down complex subjects into easily understandable explanations. This will be invaluable when guiding users through troubleshooting steps or explaining cybersecurity protocols.


Additionally, my work as a 3D Modeler required meticulous attention to detail. Ensuring the accuracy of complex models honed my ability to focus on fine details, which is essential in maintaining system integrity and security. I’m confident that my technical knowledge, combined with my strong communication and problem-solving abilities, will enable me to provide exceptional support and security in a help desk position.
